Sunset Digital Asset Management was founded in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when some of the early-stage blockchain funds started to make distributions to their limited partners. The intention from the beginning was simple: help LPs unfamiliar with token distributions become more informed and knowledgeable on the alternatives to holding digital assets.
Reade Seiff
FOUNDING PARTNER
Reade Seiff founded Sunset Digital Asset Management in 2020 to help LPs unfamiliar with token distributions better manage their digital assets.
He helped investors understand the full range of publicly offered vehicles—including lending, staking, and cold storage—and turned them into SPVs while establishing premier custody services from credible exchanges.
Today, Seiff has made several investments under the Sunset umbrella and has shifted the firm’s strategy from direct investment to managed investments by emerging fund managers.
Audrey Pe
OPERATIONS
Audrey Pe joined Sunset Holdings in 2024 to maximize fund manager support by developing and implementing tailored programs that help GPs source deals, find investors, and support portfolio companies.
Born and raised in the Philippines, she graduated from Stanford University and currently lives in the Bay Area. Audrey founded a global nonprofit called WiTech (Youth for Women in Technology Inc.) and scaled it to over 20 chapters across 10 countries. Before joining our team, Audrey worked at Kyber Knight Capital and was selected as an investment fellow for Dorm Room Fund’s Female Investor Track.
Audrey looks forward to supporting the next generation of emerging fund managers and helping them achieve the biggest wins possible.
